Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 395(JUD) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 395(JUD) was read the third time. Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Kelly was required to vote. Senators Kelly, Duncan, Parnell, Leman, Halford, Sharp, Mackie, Green, Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
